This policy explains what CustomsAI India collects when you use customsai.in and related tools. We process data to provide HSN classification, duty estimates, and workspace features — not to sell personal information.

Data we collect

Account details you submit (name, email, organisation).
Product descriptions, HSN queries, and documents you upload to classify or calculate duty.
Technical logs (IP, browser, request identifiers) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To run classification and duty tools, save workspace records you choose to keep, prevent abuse, and improve accuracy. Guest classifications may be stored in your browser until you sign in.

Sharing

We use infrastructure and model providers to process queries. We do not sell importer or CHA client lists. We may disclose data if required by Indian law.

Retention and rights

Workspace data stays until you delete it or close the account. Email support@customsai.in to request access, correction, or deletion. See also our Terms.
